betpkrgame.org.pk has an active policy to respect the intellectual property rights of other parties and does not infringe on copyright. Anyone who believes that their copyright has been infringed, or who is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, is invited to send a Notice of Alleged Infringement or “NIA” to Betpkr at its applicable address. After assessing a valid Notice, Betpkr Game will undertake the measures identified in the notice and take the necessary action, which includes deleting the infringing content from its website.

Reporting copyright infringement Notice of Alleged Infringement To report copyright infringement, you must submit the following details:

  • The infringing material: Include description or information which is adequate to identify the material (for instance, URL or link) to that which is claimed to be infringing.
  • Your contact information: You must state your postal address, telephone, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the particular work that you are claiming has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are concerned.

Declarations

In your Notice, you should include the following statements:

  • “The disputed use has not been authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (for example, a fair use, provided the case has been filed). I have a good faith belief that the .”
  • “I am the owner of the copyright in question, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and the information in this Notice is true and accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

Signature

  • State your full legal name and electronically sign or manually sign the document.
  • When all items are completed, you are to forward the Notice to the registered address of Betpkr.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities

Even if such damages were foreseeable and were advised of the possibility of such damages, Betpkr Game including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage that arises from the use of our services, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages.

Betpkr shall not be liable for:

  • Your use or reliance on our services or inability to use or access our services.
  • Transactions or relationships between you and any third-party provider.

In the case where circumstances beyond its control have caused a delay or failure in performance, no responsibility shall be placed on the performance of BetPKR. The aggregate liability of Betpkr to you in relation to and in connection with such services rendered, including all claims for damages, ancillary losses, and/or causes of action, shall in no circumstances be more than the amount of five hundred (500) dollars. The limitations of this section, however, do not diminish your rights as a consumer, which are not expressly excluded by relevant laws.

Services Provided “As Is”

BETPKR does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the services and does not guarantee the dependability of the performance, schedule, quality, purpose, or availability of the services. All services are provided in the manner that they are available and offered, “as available,” and we provide no warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement.

You understand and accept these conditions and bear responsibility for any possible consequences of using the services to the full extent available under the current law.

Third-Party Services and Content

Betpkr Game could offer advertisements as well as other content from and link to external websites, which we do not supervise. Be aware that the terms of use and privacy policy of other sites are likely to be different when engaging with such third parties.

Betpkr neither promotes nor shall be liable for the third parties’ services or products. Furthermore, if you use our services on iOS or Android applications, Apple Inc., Google Inc., and their affiliates may act as third-party beneficiaries of this contract. These entities are not parties to this contract and shall not be liable for the offering and maintenance of the services.
